We break down, correct, and rebuild bowling actions for spinners across Bengaluru. See how we turn technical flaws into consistent, match-winning performances.

This leg spinner came to us with a significant lateral head fall and body collapse at the release point, causing major inconsistency in his lines. We remodelled his action to create a stable head position and a strong, upright finish.

This off spinner had trouble with bowling consistent lengths. We fine tuned his action, focusing on stride foot alignment and coordinating his body from the release point through to the finish, which solved the issue.

To get more revolutions on the ball, you need to use your whole body. We corrected this finger spinner's hip usage, transforming a weak, uncoordinated movement into a powerful, rotational finish that puts more effort on the ball.

This is what we do. We take a bowling action, break it down, and rebuild it to be more efficient and powerful. This video shows the fine-tuning of a left-arm spinner's action, correcting body collapse and alignment to improve their ability to turn the ball.

The bowling hip must cross the front leg to transfer energy effectively. We corrected this off spinner's finish, moving from a derailed position to a powerful hip cross over that generates more turn and consistency.

Here we corrected a right arm leg spinner's collapsed body and weak release point. Notice the transformation from a lateral head fall and lower body collapse to an upright, strong position with proper side-on alignment.

This angle shows the dramatic improvement in the leg spinner's body alignment. We fixed the lower body collapse and ensured the back foot landed side-on, creating a stable and powerful base for release.

A closer look at the leg spinner's transformation, focusing on the upright head position and stable front foot. Correcting these fundamentals is key to building a repeatable and effective bowling action.

This right arm off spinner was struggling with uncontrolled lines due to a weak release. We worked on achieving the release at the highest point and maintaining an upright body, resulting in a much stronger and more accurate delivery.

Look at the change in shoulder alignment and finish. By correcting a derailed finish and ensuring the non-bowling arm is used effectively, we helped this off spinner gain control and put more work on the ball.

About Proven Transformations: Before & After

It is rarely just about your wrist position. Most bowlers coming to us struggle with a 'hip collapse' or a derailed finish, which immediately kills the energy transfer. We use side-on and front-on video analysis to identify exactly where your body is breaking down, so you can stop guessing and start bowling with intent.
