Nets are for technique, but the middle is where you learn to handle pressure. We do not just run internal practices; we put our U-12 and U-14 squads into real tournament scenarios against other academies on turf wickets. If you cannot hold your nerves when the field is spread and the required run rate is climbing, no amount of net practice will save you.

Tournament readiness is the ultimate test. While we work on drills and biomechanics in the nets, our match day programs are designed to strip away the comfort zone.

The Willow Premier League (WPL)

Our internal league is the proving ground. We organize the WPL to replicate competitive tournament conditions, complete with toss, field setups, and run-rate calculations. It gives players a safe space to fail, learn, and adjust their strategy before they face external opponents.

Turf Wicket Exposure

Matches are won and lost on the surface. Unlike basic matting, our turf wickets at our Whitefield and Balagere locations behave like professional grounds. Bowlers learn to hit the seam, and batters learn to judge bounce and carry. This is a non-negotiable part of our training for the U-12 and U-14 batches.

Competitive Tournaments

We actively field teams for external cups like the NH Sports Tournament and BK Challengers Series. When we send a team out, we expect them to perform. This includes:

• Scenario-based training: Learning to defend low totals or chase down big scores.
• Roles: Understanding whether you are a power-play specialist, a middle-overs anchor, or a death-overs bowler.
• Mindset: We drill the 'finish maadu' (finish it) mentality into every player, so they don't give away their wicket when the match is tight.
