At Strive and Shine, we move beyond just running in and throwing the ball. My philosophy is yochane maadi maadu (think and do it). Whether you are struggling with a predictable release point or handling pressure in a tight match, the solution is in the process. We create a personal player profile for every athlete that walks into our Jakkur facility, ensuring that every session builds on the last.

The Training Experience

• Video Analysis & Drills: We don't guess. We film. Every 10 sessions, we review your footage to see real geometric improvements in your action. Based on this, I prescribe 3 to 4 specific drills to fix your technical flaws.
• Match Simulation: Practicing in a net is comfortable, but performing under pressure is different. We run scenarios—like defending 26 runs in 36 balls—to test your temperament. This is where you learn to assess conditions and change your line or pace at will.
• Mental & Physical Conditioning: A spinner's job isn't done after the delivery stride. We train fielding off your own bowling and discuss sports nutrition for recovery. We also tackle the negative thoughts that hit every athlete. We teach you how to flip that doubt into focus.
