See how we use frame-by-frame video analysis and targeted drills to fix alignment, release points, and hip drive for spin bowlers.

This is another angle of the same right-arm leg spinner's transformation. We corrected the lateral head fall and lower body collapse, resulting in a much stronger and more stable release point.

Look at the change in the finish position. Before, the bowler was off-balance and falling away. After our work, you can see a strong, aligned finish, allowing for better control and more revolutions on the ball.

Improving revolutions on the ball for a finger spinner often comes down to better hip usage. This before and after clip shows the correction we made during off-season training to generate more power from the lower body.

For this right-arm off-spinner, we focused on fine-tuning his action. The 'before' shows an uncontrolled finish, but the 'after' demonstrates a strong, upright body position with maximum finger usage for better line and length.

A closer look at the right-arm off-spinner's transformation. Notice the change in the non-bowling arm's direction. Correcting this helped align his shoulders and body towards the target for improved accuracy.

This comparison highlights the change in the release point. By achieving a higher and more upright release, the bowler gained better trajectory and control over his off-spin.

The final result of fine-tuning this off-spinner's action. The body is now working as a coordinated unit, moving towards the target, which was a key issue we solved.

Part two of a left-arm spinner's transformation. We focused on improving his uncoordinated action. The 'after' shot shows a strong, coordinated finish with complete weight transfer, adding more effort to the ball.

This before and after comparison clearly shows the improvement in lower body usage. Before, there was minimal drive, but after our drills, you can see a powerful and engaged lower body action.

For this leg-spinner, the non-bowling arm was a major issue causing misalignment. By correcting its usage and direction, we aligned his front shoulder to the target, leading to much better consistency.

About Player Transformations: See The Results

Before you sign up, you need to know this is not just watching you bowl. We spend the first session on the whiteboard and the cameras, stripping down your action frame-by-frame. You will see your own hip collapse or head fall on the screen. It is blunt, it is technical, and it is exactly how we get results like these.
