We start every program with a 45-minute biomechanical assessment, not a generic workout plan. We map your injury history, check your spinal alignment, and measure body composition so that every exercise we prescribe actually serves your specific goals.
When you join us for personal training, you get more than just a gym buddy. You get a team of physiotherapists and fitness experts who treat exercise as medicine. We work out of our studios in Padmanabhanagar, Anjanapura, and Sirsi Circle, offering a space where you can move without judgment.
