I've spent over 20 years competing, and I've won Mr. India four times. I know what it's like to grind through prep, not just talk about it. I offer online coaching for Bodybuilding, Men's Physique, and Classic Physique. Plans are built around your contest date - 8, 12, 16 weeks, or 6 months.
How I Prep Athletes
- Every training and competition nutrition plan is custom. I focus on stage-ready conditioning, not random group workouts. Form matters - injuries last a lifetime.
- Posing is everything. I’ll work with you, adjusting your stance and posture till your muscles pop for the judges. Public niche se dekhegi na, aise niche dekhegi. Usko dhang se dikhega (The public sees you from below, so you need to look right from every angle).
- Supplements? Ignore the drama. A solid bodybuilding supplement strategy is key. I’ll show you what actually works, not just protein tubs.
The Reality of Costs
This is a bahut mehenga khel (very expensive sport). Building a competition body on ₹6,000-₹7,000 a month? Aise nahi hota (It doesn’t work like that). You’ll need to invest lakhs in food, supplements, and prep. Ye 'chane murmure sattu-vattu' wala chutiyapa nahi chalta (Cheap shortcuts don’t work here). Earn your money, then invest in your body.
