Experimental and Mixed Media Portrait Sketches
While graphite and charcoal are my core, I occasionally explore different styles and mediums to see where my art can go.

About Additional Work
This gallery shows pieces beyond my usual graphite work, including color studies and experimental sketches. While pencil shading is my main focus for commissions, I enjoy experimenting with different mediums to see how a face looks in color. If you have a specific artistic style or medium in mind for your commission, tell me when we talk.
I believe art is a constant process of learning. My signature style relies on the deep, high-contrast finish of graphite and charcoal, which takes 40-45 hours per piece to achieve that hyper-realistic look. However, I sometimes pick up paintbrushes, pens, or other materials to challenge my understanding of light and shadow. This section showcases those personal explorations. It demonstrates how I adapt my core techniques to different mediums. Whether I am working on a color portrait or a quick study, the goal is always to capture the true likeness of the subject. These works are part of my ongoing artistic journey as I refine my skills through practice. If you are looking for something non-traditional or want to discuss a mix of styles for your portrait, feel free to reach out to me directly.
Vikash Tanti
I am Vikash, and I see art as a feeling, not just lines on paper. I spend days chasing tiny details with my pencils, and sometimes, I step out of my comfort zone to try new mediums. My work is personal, raw, and always focused on making the subject feel real.
