I make sweets and savories the way my amma and paati (grandmother) taught me - real Amma kai ruchi (mom’s magic touch). Every piece holds a bit of our Brahmin roots and a lot of stories from home kitchens. If you’re after that true taste you miss from your childhood or just want something untouched by shortcuts, that’s what I do.
