- Main Courses (Select 2-3): Fluffy Rice Idlis / Thatte Idli, Ghee Ven Pongal or Khara Bhath (upma), Mini Uthappam or Poori with Saagu/Chenna.

We stick to authentic Brahmin vegetarian recipes, just like how they're made at home during big festivals or family gatherings. It's always sattvic - simple, pure, and full of flavour, but never too spicy. I tweak spice levels so even that strict ajja (grandpa) and the youngest cousin can enjoy the meal without fuss.

You’ll see us mostly at weddings and receptions - that’s our main thing. Our Brahmin wedding catering is known for elaborate spreads and smooth service. We also cover traditional functions like Gruhapravesha, Upanayana, and all sorts of family pujas. Festivals? No problem. We take on Yugadi, Onam, Vishu feasts and more. Even for office parties or birthdays, I make sure there’s a vegetarian menu that stands out.
