Strength Foundations: Deadlifts, Squats & Heavy Lifts
We build a solid base with fundamental powerlifting and weightlifting movements. I focus on teaching perfect form for heavy deadlifts, various squat styles like sissy and front squats, and powerful cleans to build your raw strength and conditioning. This is where you get stronger, betta.
Functional Fitness & WODs
Get ready for anything with functional fitness coaching. I design workouts using kettlebells, box jumps, wall balls, and agility drills. We’ll also dive into CrossFit-inspired training plans like AMRAPs and "For Time" sessions to build your endurance and work capacity.
Bodyweight & Calisthenics Mastery
No gym? No problem. I provide effective bodyweight workout routines for the days you don't have access to equipment. We'll use push-ups, burpees, planks, HIIT, and other calisthenics exercises to build strength, endurance, and control, anytime and anywhere.
Upper Body Power
We build serious upper body strength with a mix of classic and functional exercises. My programs include pull-ups, dumbbell and barbell rows, bench presses, and ring work to develop your back, chest, shoulders, and arms. Whether you want your first pull-up or a stronger bench press, I'll get you there.
Fitness is Fun: Challenges, Dance & Lifestyle
For me, fitness is about feeling alive and having fun. I keep the vibe going with fun fitness challenges, partner workouts, and even post-workout dance-offs. Being fit also means you can get out and enjoy life, like going on a beautiful trek in the mountains.
