About Personalized Coaching in Action
I don't use templates. Whether we are meeting at Gold’s Gym in Indiranagar or I am setting up a mobility circuit in your home, every set, rep, and meal adjustment is calculated based on how your body is actually responding that week.
If you look at most standard gym programs, they are often just copy-pasted from the internet. That does not work. If you are serious about changing your physique or performance, you need a plan that moves with you.
I offer three main tracks:
- Athletic Performance: For those who need to get faster and stronger for sports like badminton, cricket, or football. We focus on explosive power and injury prevention, not just aesthetic hypertrophy.
- Youth Foundation: I help teens build a relationship with fitness that is safe and structured. We fix posture issues like 'tech-neck' and teach proper lifting form from day one.
- Senior Mobility: If you are looking to stay independent, I come to your home in Indiranagar or BEL Road. We focus on fall prevention, balance, and functional strength to combat muscle loss.
Everything I do is tracked. If your weight stalls, we adjust the macros. If your form breaks during a session, we fix it immediately. You are not just paying for an hour of my time; you are paying for the discipline and the adjustments required to actually get results. I don't buy excuses, and I do not expect you to either.
