Achari Paneer Tikka preparation shows our team washing vegetables, cutting ingredients, marinating paneer and loading oven trays at the base kitchen.
Paneer Tikka is presented on skewers with onions, peppers and chutney in our starter image. We offer paneer starters for event menus.
Our team serves pani puri at an evening celebration, with pasta and other dishes nearby. The counter forms part of the outdoor buffet.
A dedicated tea and coffee counter is essential for keeping guests refreshed. Here, we set up a charming station with traditional brass davaras for an authentic touch, perfect for wedding receptions and corporate high-teas.
For an event for the heroes of the Parachute Regiment, we set up a full bar and a live open-fire grill. My chefs are seen here roasting meat over a wood fire, providing a rustic and theatrical dining experience.
About Interactive Live Counters
Our counter add-ons cost ₹4,500 onwards. The final price depends on the chosen counter and guest count. Tandoor, tea and coffee, and other unlisted versions need separate costing.
Choices alongside the buffet
Standard choices include chocolate fountain, chaat, dosa, pasta, cotton candy, popcorn, ice gola, jalebi, malpua and pizza. Chaat has 3-cold and 2-cold + 1-hot versions. Jalebi and malpua have Rabdi options.
Uttam Rasoi includes any 2 standard counters, without a price-based choice restriction. Standard pizza and pasta qualify. Confirm eligibility for tandoor, tea/coffee and other unlisted choices, or Uttam Rasoi's richer pizza and pasta.
Popcorn and cotton candy have limited supplied quantities. Large bookings need quantity and final-price confirmation.
Venue needs
Pizza and pasta need a 15 amp plug point. Catering starts at 50 guests; GST and transport are extra.
The Achari Paneer Tikka video shows kitchen oven preparation, not a live tandoor at the event.
