Real game-changers are made through sweat, circuit training, and explosive power. See how we build the athleticism required to play competitive volleyball.

No excuses, it's training time. Our outdoor sessions focus on building functional strength with hurdle drills for agility and barbell lifts for power.

Work in progress, always. This circuit training session includes weighted step-ups and ladder drills to improve coordination and lower body strength.

Agility and coordination are non-negotiable. We use a combination of hurdle jumps, cone drills, and strength exercises to make our players faster and more responsive on the court.

Getting that vertical approach jump just right. These hurdle drills are designed to improve explosive power, helping players jump higher for spikes and blocks.

Circuit training is a core part of our fitness program. Here, our athletes push through a series of high-intensity hurdle jumps to build stamina and explosive leg power.

This is what circuit training looks like at our academy. We mix partner-assisted core exercises with fast-paced ladder drills to keep the intensity high and build all-around fitness.

Strength training is fundamental to preventing injuries and building power. This drill focuses on developing core and leg strength using dumbbells.

This is just the beginning of their journey. Our young athletes learn the importance of strength training early on with exercises like dumbbell lunges to build a strong foundation.

Look at the focus from this dedicated kid in our academy. Proper form in strength training with dumbbells is something I teach from day one to ensure safe and effective development.

Strength and plyometrics are key for explosive movements. We combine bodyweight exercises with ladder drills to improve quickness and power.

About Building Power: Strength & Agility Drills

We don't focus on quick fixes here. Our circuit sessions, featuring hurdle jumps and resistance band work, are specifically programmed to improve lateral quickness and vertical explosiveness. Your child will learn to move efficiently, not just hard, which is the only way to play at a competitive level without picking up injuries along the way.
