Attacking is where the game changes. Whether it is perfecting your approach or mastering the jump, we build the power you need to spike with confidence.

Here is a look at one of our attacking drills. We start with footwork over the hurdles to build explosive power and then transition directly into a powerful spike at the net. This is how we train for game-like situations.

This is a fundamental spike training session. I am guiding the players through the proper footwork and approach to the net, ensuring they build a strong foundation for their attack.

A one on one session in Malleswaram, focusing on spiking technique. You can see the setter providing a perfect ball for the attacker to practice hitting different spots on the court.

This continuous ball attack drill is designed to improve stamina and consistency. Players go through the attack motion repeatedly, building muscle memory and the ability to perform under pressure.
