About this collection

These workshops aren't just about sweat. Whether we are drilling Animal Flow or functional strength, I focus on movement mechanics that you can take back to your own solo sessions to fix your posture and improve your form.

I host these sessions to break the monotony of standard gym training. When you train alone, it is easy to get comfortable. When you train in a group, you are forced to level up.

We train in various locations across Bengaluru, often utilizing open spaces to force you to adapt to different environments.
