This is the result of consistent, hard work and a dedicated mindset. My coaching focuses on muscle hypertrophy and fat loss to help you build a physique you are proud of, whether for the stage or for yourself.

Upper Body Strength Training

We build serious upper body strength and size with a focus on progressive overload. My plans incorporate a variety of exercises targeting back, shoulders, chest, and arms for balanced development.

Leg Day: Building The Foundation

Leg day is never optional; it is the foundation of true strength. I program a mix of heavy compound lifts and targeted accessory work to build powerful and well-defined legs.

The Beast Mode Mindset

Building a strong body starts with building a strong mind. My coaching is intense and demands commitment, pushing you to get comfortable with being uncomfortable and to find the beast within.

Life Beyond the Weights

Hard work in the gym builds a life you can enjoy outside of it. For me, that means travel and time to recharge, proving that a disciplined fitness lifestyle supports overall happiness and well being.

Training Workshops & Community

I occasionally host specialized training sessions, like this Animal Flow workshop. It's a great way to learn new skills, challenge your body in different ways, and connect with a community of motivated people.
