Leg day isn't optional. It is the foundation of true strength. I program heavy compound lifts and mobility work to build powerful, defined legs.

This is what a complete leg day warm-up and workout looks like. It includes glute activation with bands, mobility work, and heavy compound lifts like the leg press.

You can't build a strong house on a weak foundation. This is a progress check on my leg development, the result of never skipping leg day.

About this collection

I do not just put you on a squat rack and walk away. We start every session with targeted mobility work and glute activation using bands to prepare your joints. Most people skip this, which is why they plateau or get injured. We don't. You will feel your quads and glutes working from the first set, and we track every single kilo to ensure you are actually getting stronger, not just moving weight.

Building a solid foundation requires more than just showing up. My training at Aurum Luxury Fitness Club in Indiranagar is built on progressive overload. We focus on the big basics like squats, deadlifts, and presses, but the execution is what separates my clients from the crowd.

The Methodology

My programs are not cookie-cutter routines. Whether you are aiming for hypertrophy to build size or pure strength gains, I design the split based on your specific body composition and current level. We monitor your recovery, tweak your intensity, and ensure form is perfect before we add weight to the bar.

What Training Looks Like

  • Mobility First: Before a heavy set, we do dynamic stretching and glute activation. It prevents injury and ensures your muscles are ready to fire.
  • Compound Focus: We prioritize heavy lifting to recruit the most muscle fibers.
  • Intensity Techniques: For those on my transformation plans, we use drop sets and super sets to push past limits.
  • Data Driven: We record everything. If we don't track it, we aren't improving it. We track your weights weekly to ensure we are hitting personal bests consistently.
