Leg day isn't optional. It is the foundation of true strength. I program heavy compound lifts and mobility work to build powerful, defined legs.

This is what a complete leg day warm-up and workout looks like. It includes glute activation with bands, mobility work, and heavy compound lifts like the leg press.

I do not just put you on a squat rack and walk away. We start every session with targeted mobility work and glute activation using bands to prepare your joints.
