Training for the Open Water
Competing in 5km or 10km marathons requires more than just speed. Our training regimen emphasizes long-course endurance and navigation. You will learn to sight-breathe efficiently, pace yourself for changing conditions, and hold your line without lane ropes. We have successfully prepared athletes for events ranging from the Khelo India Beach Games to the World Aquatics Championships by focusing on high-volume intensity and mental fortitude.
The Water Polo Edge
Water polo is a test of agility and team synchronization. Our training covers the full spectrum: treading drills to build vertical endurance, ball-handling precision, and tactical play.
