A little about me, Roopa Math. My journey has taken me from Buenos Aires to Asia, and my mission is to share the joy of Tango by combining technical precision with the intimate soul of the dance.

When I designed the TangoShastra method, I wanted to strip away performance anxiety and focus on the mechanics of the conversation. Whether you are a total beginner or an improver, my focus remains on the Tango walk, posture, and the subtle shift in weight that defines the 'abrazo' connection. It is not about looking perfect; it is about how you feel inside and how you respond to your partner.
