Standard Room Balloon Setup
Balloon Arrangement
- Quantity: 150 to 200 latex balloons. Mix of Metallic (shiny) and Pastel finish.
- Design: L-shaped semi arch mounted on wall/door frame plus 20-30 loose balloons on the floor.
- Foils: 1 standard text banner (Happy Birthday/Welcome Home) and 2 large number foils (30 inch).
Installation
- Time: 60-90 minutes setup duration.
- Mounting: Uses masking tape or removable glue dots. No heavy frames included.
Important Exclusions
- No neon signs, LED lights, or fresh flowers.
- Client must provide a ladder if ceiling height exceeds 9ft.

How I Decorate
Balloons are my main thing, not just a few here and there, but proper balloon arch decoration ideas with all the colors you can imagine - pastel, chrome, metallic, foil numbers and letters for names or ages. I also do balloon walls and garlands for those Instagram moments everyone loves.
Lighting makes a big difference. I use neon sign party decor like “Happy Birthday” or “Oh Baby” that really stand out in photos. Fairy lights add a soft, glowy vibe, especially behind curtains or with some flowers.
Photo spots are important, so I create shimmer walls, foil curtains, or even customized birthday backdrops to match any theme you have in mind. I add props like teddy bears, cartoon cutouts, or whatever fits your style.
What to Expect
I’ve done setups for all kinds of places - big halls, tiny bedrooms, you name it. Sometimes it gets hectic - kaam itna hota hai (work never ends) - but I make sure everything’s sorted for your party. You can just chill, sab ho jayega (it’ll all get done).

Hi, I’m Ankit. Delhi base hai mera (I’m from Delhi). Decoration mera kaam hai, chota ya bada event, sab mein maza aata hai (small or big event, all are fun).
