When you pick a theme, remember it is more than just balloons. We use a mix of shimmer sequin walls, life-size character cutouts, and bright marquee lights to create a proper photo zone. If your party space is on the smaller side, tell us when you book so we can adjust the scale of the backdrop and arch to ensure everything fits comfortably without cramping the room.

How We Set Up
Most of our fantasy setups follow a proven layout to get that 'wow' factor. We start with an 8x8ft backdrop or a shimmer wall, layer on an organic balloon garland in custom pastel or chrome shades, and place large LED marquee numbers to highlight the child's age. The character cutouts act as the finishing touch, giving the kids a perfect spot to pose for photos.
Customization Matters
Because we handle the setups ourselves, we can make quick changes to fit your vision. Want to switch the butterfly theme to a specific color palette? Or maybe add a custom name in neon lights? Just let us know. We work across Delhi NCR—including Vaishali, Vasundhara, and Indirapuram—and we are used to setting up in tight residential spaces and grand party halls alike.

We recommend booking at least a week before the event. This gives us enough time to source specific character cutouts or arrange custom LED signs if you need them.
