You see the perfect cupcake, but what you don't see is the hard work behind it. This is day four of our certification course, where students get hands-on experience making cupcakes from scratch, learning everything from batter science to flavor pairing.

Day two at the academy is all about understanding the fundamentals. Our students learn about essential baking ingredients and tools before getting their hands dirty making their very first products: delicious chocolate, fruit, and savory muffins.
