At our two-day workshop, I show you how to make every kind of bread - from simple loaves to fancy buns and sweet treats - all without eggs or preservatives. You get your hands messy, not just watch. I keep the batch size small so you actually learn and don’t feel lost.
What You’ll Learn
- Make classic loaves like multigrain and whole wheat, plus cafe-style favorites like pav, burger buns, focaccia, and pizza dough.
- Try your hand at specialty buns, rolls, and fun stuff like Korean cheese garlic buns and party brot.
- Whip up sweet breads like donuts and kokisister.
- Bonus: I share recipes for rainbow bread, steam bao, chocolate leopard loaf, ragi loaf, and tutti fruity bread.

We go beyond recipes. I break down the science - why yeast matters, how gluten works, and pro techniques for kneading, proofing, and getting that soft crumb. We even get into the windowpane test, so you know your dough is bilkul perfect (just right).
