About Intensive On-Court Drills
These sessions are not about casual rallies. We use high-volume, multi-shuttle feeding to force you to reset your position, adjust your grip, and react under pressure without thinking. You will sweat and your legs will burn, but this is exactly how we build the muscle memory required to turn slow movements into instinctive, lightning-fast plays during a real match.
Train Like You Mean It
Many players hit a plateau because they practice the same way they play casually. Real improvement requires drilling. In our Ashok Vihar facility, we strip away the comfort of easy play. You are here to work on your weaknesses, whether it is your backhand net shot or your footwork during a high-clear.
What Happens on the Court
- Multi-Shuttle Feeding: We keep the pace high, feeding shuttles in rapid succession. This ensures you are constantly moving and hitting, maximizing your touch time with the racket.
- Real-Game Scenarios: We don't just feed to random spots. We simulate match situations, working on defense, attacking lifts, and aggressive net play.
- Correction Cycles: Our coaches are always on the floor. If your footwork is lazy or your grip is wrong, you will hear it immediately. We correct the technique, then force you to repeat it until it is right.
The Setup
We train on four professional synthetic courts with high-intensity LED lighting. This setup is built for performance. We keep groups focused, with a player-to-coach ratio between 10:1 and 15:1, so you get the attention you need. We suggest you bring plenty of water and wear non-marking shoes to protect the mats. Come ready to move.
