- Joinery Details: Large scale (1:10) fabrication details for woodwork and wardrobes to ensure millimetric precision.
Project Supervision
- Material Selection: Accompanied visits to showrooms for selecting marble, veneers, fabrics, and light fixtures.
- Site Quality Checks: Scheduled visits (2 to 4 per month) to verify reinforcement details and adherence to drawings.
- Vendor Coordination: Technical liaison with HVAC, Automation, and Civil teams.

Our design journey started in New York, but now we mix that global vibe with the local soul of Bangalore and Kerala. We’re two people with totally different ways of working. One of us is all about detail and precision, the other loves chasing big ideas and making them happen. You get the best of both worlds.
What We Do Best
We design spaces for real life, not just for Instagram. If you want Kerala inspired interiors, we’re obsessed with custom woodwork design - think carved doors, intricate ceilings, and furniture you won’t see anywhere else. For luxury homes, we bring in nalukettu courtyards and natural light, so it feels open and alive.
For clinics and hospitals, we focus on patient-centric healthcare interiors. Clean, calming, easy to move around. We know healing isn’t just medicine - the space matters too.
Hospitality? We love crafting experiential hospitality spaces, from showstopper lobbies to cozy bars. Lighting, furniture, even the smallest detail gets attention.
Offices and retail spots, we keep it contemporary. Open layouts, tons of greenery, and a vibe that feels fresh.
How We Work
We’re hands-on right from the first sketch to the last nail. You’ll see us on-site, fussing over details, making sure everything lines up with the plan. We work mostly in Karnataka and Kerala, but we bring a bit of everywhere into our work.

My Story
We’re AUS Architecture, two folks with totally different styles. One calm, one wild - it works, trust us. We’ve built stuff in New York, now we’re all about Bangalore and Kerala. Architecture, for us, is a story - sometimes it’s messy, sometimes it’s magic. We geek out over construction details and love sharing ‘Craftsman Tales’ from the site.
