Before you join a group class, we start with a mandatory clinical consultation. This includes a posture check and a thorough review of your medical history, from past injuries to current pain points. We need to understand your body’s unique requirements to map out the right equipment and exercises for your specific strength and recovery goals.
At Aura Pilates in Vasant Kunj, we believe age is just a number. Our approach to senior and stability training is distinct because we combine traditional Pilates with physiotherapy principles. We do not offer generic routines. Instead, we adapt movements to accommodate conditions like osteoporosis, limited joint mobility, or chronic back pain.
