About Post-Pregnancy Recovery for Moms

When you join our program, we don't just put you on a machine and hope for the best. We start every journey with a mandatory 45 to 60-minute clinical consultation to review your medical history and assess your postural alignment. This ensures that every movement, whether on the Reformer or the Cadillac, is safe for your body as it heals and regains its natural strength.
