The gym floor is equipped for serious strength work, featuring racks and free weights, while our adjacent studio is designed for group movement. You can start your session with a focused deadlift movement under the guidance of our trainers and transition to a Bollywood or Zumba class to keep your heart rate up. We prioritize technique over weight, meaning you learn how to brace your core and move safely, regardless of your experience level.
Recovery is part of the process, which is why we include steam and sauna facilities at our locations. This balance is key to staying consistent.
