Practical Details These group classes are included in our monthly and quarterly memberships, but we also offer a drop-in option if you want to try it out first. If you're coming for a drop-in session, remember that access is limited to the dance studio floor for that hour. If you decide to stick around, our monthly members get full access to our weight training section, cardio deck, and the steam room to help with recovery after the session. We have batches running all day, starting as early as 7:30 AM for those who want to kickstart their metabolism.
