When you order a fruit cake from me, you’re getting the real deal—seasonal Alphonso mangoes, fresh raspberries, or blueberries, depending on what’s best at the market. I don’t use tinned fillers or synthetic essences. Whether it's my signature Mocha Orange or a fresh berry creation, I assemble every cake on the day of delivery so the fruit stays crisp and the cream stays light.
My philosophy in the kitchen is simple: if I wouldn't serve it to my own family, it doesn't go into your box. Everything you see here is 100% egg-free and crafted from scratch.
I focus on whipped cream because it allows the flavour of the cake to shine without being weighed down by heavy fondant or artificial sweeteners. For my fruit-based bakes, I source fresh produce locally. If the fruit isn't in season, I don't use it. That is why you will find vibrant Alphonso mangoes, juicy berries, or refreshing pineapple on my menu, all handled with care to maintain their natural texture and shine.
My Mocha Orange cake remains a favourite since 2019, and it tells you exactly how I work. It combines deep, rich chocolate with a zesty citrus kick, balanced perfectly by the cream. I don't rely on pre-mixes or ready-made fillings. Even the sauces, compotes, and drips are homemade in my Thane kitchen.
