I do not use heavy fondant covering for these theme cakes. Instead, I use my signature light whipped cream base and hand-place 2D and 3D accents—like character cutouts and edible details—so every slice is as delicious and airy as it looks. You get the fun design you want without the sugary, chewy texture of standard fondant-heavy cakes.
