This two-tiered engagement cake is one of my absolute favorites. It’s a 3kg Exotic Berry Couverture cake, frosted with light whipped cream and decorated with fresh white roses, baby's breath, and elegant gold disco balls. I love how the simple white canvas makes the gold accents and florals pop, creating a look of pure elegance for a beautiful new beginning.

A two-tiered jungle safari cake perfect for a little one's birthday. This 4kg creation combines fresh strawberry and chocolate flavours, all covered in my signature non-fondant whipped cream. The gentle blue ombre, cute animal toppers, and handcrafted leaves bring the friendly jungle theme to life.

This is my Fresh Raspberry Tiramisu cake, designed in a rustic, naked style that lets the ingredients shine. It’s an egg-free tiramisu with creamy goodness, layered with a homemade raspberry compote using only real fruit. It’s a perfect example of how I focus on flavour first.

I have a soft spot for vintage-style cakes. This design features intricate piping work and delicate ribbon bows on a dusty rose whipped cream base. It’s a 17th birthday cake in my popular Chocolate Mousse flavour, showing that elegance can be timeless and sweet.

For all the football fans, this custom cake is a guaranteed winner. It’s a 2kg chocolate cake with a smooth whipped cream finish, personalized with the birthday boy's name, age, and his hero, Ronaldo. The vibrant green and clean white design makes it a striking centerpiece for a sports-themed party.

A truly indulgent choice, this KitKat cake is a feast for the eyes and the palate. The crisp chocolate bars create a wall around a moist fresh strawberry chocolate cake, which is then topped with a generous pile of fresh, exotic berries. It’s the perfect combination of crunch, chocolate, and fruity freshness.

Celebrating a 25th anniversary with my signature Mocha Orange cake. This design is all about simple elegance, using fresh blue orchids and gold accents to mark the special milestone. The whipped cream frosting keeps it light and delicious, proving that a cake can be both beautiful and flavourful.
