My Baking Philosophy
I get a kick out of making simple, beautiful cakes that actually taste good. I run a 100% eggless Jain cloud kitchen, which means I don't use any eggs or premixes. Everything is made fresh to order. Why I Focus on Whipped Cream
Most of my designs use fresh whipped cream frosting. I find fondant can get too sweet and heavy, so I use it only for small, necessary details. This leaves the cake lighter and lets the actual flavour of the sponge and filling shine through. It’s perfect for the humid Mumbai weather and keeps the cake stable.
