Custom Hand-Painted Decor and Functional Art
Art should not be limited to a frame. I love taking ordinary items like clay pots, wood planks, or fabric and turning them into functional pieces that tell your story.
This time of year, it's important to help our feathered and furry friends beat the heat. I repainted these clay pots before filling them with water and hanging them in the garden for birds and other animals. It’s a small way to do our bit and beautify the surroundings at the same time.
To celebrate International Women's Day, I pushed my boundaries and created my first digital illustration. This piece, titled "Break The Bias," features my colleague and her son, celebrating all the roles women play. It was a great experience exploring a new artistic medium.
About this collection
When I paint on non-canvas surfaces like wood or clay, I prioritize durability. I treat every wooden base with Gesso to ensure paint adhesion and finish everything with a heavy-duty varnish, keeping your art safe from dust and humidity for daily use.
My approach to art is experimental. If you have an unconventional surface in mind, I am ready for the challenge. Whether it is a set of painted clay pots for your garden, a customized wooden plaque for your entryway, or fabric-based art, I enjoy the creative process of working off-canvas.
When we start a project, we first discuss your theme and colors. For wooden pieces, I carefully source the material and finish it so the natural grain remains visible, blending the wood aesthetic with the painting. For smaller decor items like pots, I ensure the acrylic paints are sealed properly for long-term protection against the elements.
I truly believe in the mantra 'Trust the process'. Sometimes, the most beautiful results come from experimentation, and I bring that same patient, methodical approach to every commission. My work is not just about the final image, but about creating something that fits perfectly into your home and reflects your personality. As a bonus, your support allows me to continue contributing to local animal welfare initiatives, which makes every brushstroke even more rewarding.
