Martial arts is about more than just fighting. At our academy, we balance tough discipline with the warmth of a family that celebrates every milestone together.

A beautiful moment of celebration as we shower a student with flower petals, accompanied by my wife who is also a black belt. Our dojo is a family affair.

Celebrating a young student's birthday after class. We sing, share fruits, and I always remind them, *aarogyana kapadikolli* (take care of your health).

A birthday celebration with a special fire performance for one of my senior students. We make sure to celebrate our students' milestones in a memorable way.

The sound of the drum and joyful dancing. This is how we celebrate at our dojo. It's not just about training, it's about creating happy memories together.

My students celebrating my birthday with so much love, putting a garland on me and playing the drums. I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful karate family.

Students holding up flowers and a poster to celebrate an occasion. The sense of community and mutual respect is very strong here.

Pure joy and celebration. Students throwing flower petals in the air after a successful event. These are the moments of fun and togetherness we cherish.

After a hard training session, we all sit together to share apples. It's a simple tradition that reinforces our community bond and promotes healthy habits.

From showering achievers with flowers to casual conversations after practice, these moments build the family atmosphere of our academy.

More celebration and fun after a training session. The energy is always high, whether we are practicing kata or dancing to the beat of the drum.

About Beyond the Dojo: Our Family & Celebrations

When we finish a tough training session, we do not just pack our bags and leave. We share fruits like apples and oranges, sing, and celebrate birthdays with drums and dancing. This routine helps my students, who I call namma makkalu (our children), reset their minds after the intensity of a heavy workout. It turns our karate classes into a supportive space where everyone feels like they belong, not just another gym or coaching center.
