We are a family that trains hard, competes in international tournaments, and supports each other through every step of the journey.

Our training approach is structured for everyone, whether you are a beginner looking to learn self-defense or an advanced student preparing for district or international competitions. We start with the basics (Kihon) to build your foundation, move into kata for precision, and use sparring (kumite) to test your skills in a safe, controlled environment.
For those ready to push further, we offer intensive conditioning, weapons training like the bo staff and nunchaku, and specialized tournament preparation. But this is not just about the grind. We are proud of our community in RR Nagar—you will often see us celebrating birthdays, sharing fruits after a hard workout, and cheering for each other during belt examinations.
We have students who have traveled with us to compete in London and across South India, bringing home medals and trophies. My own daughter, Prarthana, is a champion, and I see that same potential in every student who walks through our doors.
