This is where discipline begins. We focus on the fundamentals of karate, practicing forms (kata) until each movement is precise and powerful, whether in a large group or one on one. This is the core of our self defense and martial arts training.

Testing Our Skills: Sparring (Kumite)

Sparring is about skill, not aggression. All students use full protective gear including helmets and gloves, ensuring a safe environment to practice their techniques under supervision. This is where they learn to apply their karate training in a dynamic setting.

The Path of Progress: Belt Examinations

Advancement in karate is marked by a formal belt examination process. I personally oversee the grading, awarding each new belt as a recognition of a student's hard work and dedication. This is a proud day for every student.
