Welcome to our Zumba party. This is what it’s all about: moving, smiling, and sweating to the beat. I guide everyone through fun, high-energy dance fitness routines that feel more like a celebration than a workout.
You can feel the victory in the air. Here we are celebrating with a special themed class, full of energy and "Jai ho!" moments. My group cardio sessions are designed for all fitness levels, making it easy for anyone to join in and have a great time.
See how we move together as a group. My choreography is simple and repetitive, so you can follow along easily even if you're a complete beginner. This is a full-body workout focused on having fun with Indian and international music.
About Our Zumba Party in Action
We dance barefoot in the studio for a specific reason. It gives you better balance during those fast-paced Bollywood steps and keeps our wooden floors hygienic for everyone. It might feel different at first, but it helps you connect better with your movement and the rhythm.
Why choose these classes? It is simple: it does not feel like a typical gym workout. My Zumba sessions combine high-intensity cardio with tracks that keep you moving without you even realizing you are working out. Whether it is a classic Bhangra track or the latest Bollywood hit, the choreography is designed to be repetitive and easy to follow. You do not need to be a professional dancer to join. We have participants of all levels, and the goal is just to keep your heart rate up and your spirits high.

Studio Details
We operate with a strictly barefoot policy to maintain floor hygiene. Our studio spaces in AECS Layout, Varthur, and Belathur are fully air-conditioned with wall-to-wall mirrors, so you can check your form and adjust your posture as we dance. We keep batch sizes between 10 and 20 participants, ensuring you have plenty of personal space to move freely. If you are new to this style of training, I highly recommend booking a single trial class to see how it feels before committing to a full monthly pack.
