Welcome to our Zumba party. This is what it’s all about: moving, smiling, and sweating to the beat. I guide everyone through fun, high-energy dance fitness routines that feel more like a celebration than a workout.

You can feel the victory in the air. Here we are celebrating with a special themed class, full of energy and "Jai ho!" moments. My group cardio sessions are designed for all fitness levels, making it easy for anyone to join in and have a great time.

See how we move together as a group. My choreography is simple and repetitive, so you can follow along easily even if you're a complete beginner. This is a full-body workout focused on having fun with Indian and international music.

About Featured

We dance barefoot in our air-conditioned, mirror-walled studios. It might feel different at first, but it helps significantly with balance and keeps the floor hygienic while you move to a high-energy mix of Bollywood, Bhangra, and Latin rhythms.
