About Corporate Clay Workshops
We handle the entire setup, from protective table coverings and tools to the clay itself, so your team just needs to show up. Whether you want to host us at your office or bring everyone to our HRBR Layout studio, the focus remains the same: a two-hour break from screens where the only goal is to get messy and connect.
Why bring clay to the office?
Workdays are often full of deadlines and screen time. Our corporate workshops are designed to be a circuit breaker. By engaging the hands in sculpting and shaping, team members naturally drop their professional guard. It is not about making a perfect vase or a showpiece for the shelf. It is about the shared laughter when someone's sculpture takes an unexpected turn, or the quiet focus that happens when a group is collectively learning to use the potter's wheel.
How our workshops run
We keep the logistics simple so you don't have to worry about the cleanup. When we travel to your office, we bring everything required, including newspapers and table covers to protect your furniture.
- Duration: Typically 90 to 120 minutes of facilitated, hands-on time.
- Activities: We tailor the session to your team’s vibe. We can do group hand-building challenges, desk organizer sculpting, or team totems. We also offer introductory sessions on the potter’s wheel, which is always a hit for a fun, tactile experience.
- Capacity: We accommodate groups with one lead instructor and assistants, ensuring everyone gets guidance.
Logistics and Details
We provide two main types of workshops for corporate groups. Our on-site office workshops use air-dry or eco-friendly clay, allowing your team to take their creations home immediately. If you prefer the full studio experience, we host groups at our HRBR Layout space, where we can offer kiln-fired ceramic sessions. Since firing takes time, pieces from studio sessions are ready for pickup a few weeks later.
