About Therapeutic Clay Sessions
Clay as Conversation
Clay means more to me than just a craft - it’s a way to connect, even when words don’t come easy. I call it ‘Clay Conversations’ because there’s something special about how feelings get shaped right there in your hands.
What Happens in a Session
My Therapeutic Clay Sessions are all about the journey, not the end result. We slow down, get a bit messy, and let the clay guide us. Here’s what you can expect:
- Mindful clay sculpting to help you tune in and breathe without pressure to "get it right"
- A safe space to express yourself, especially when talking feels tough
- The freedom to create, make mistakes, and just enjoy connecting with the clay
Who Joins In
I welcome everyone – solo explorers, friends, families. Each session is tailored, whether you’re seeking quiet self-care or looking to spark some conversation in a group.
- Sensory clay activities for children, especially those with special needs. We celebrate squishy dinosaurs and wild clay paintings – not perfect pots.
- Seniors can join in for gentle, supportive sessions. Clay offers a way to connect when words fade and memories slip away.
The Real Magic
Perfect isn’t the goal here. It’s about the peaceful moments, the laughs, the rolling and squashing. Most of all, it’s the little changes – a calmer child, a smile after a tough day – that keep me coming back.

My Story
Hey, we’re Artfully Yours Pottery. Swathi started this studio with pure passion (and a bit of chaos, not gonna lie). Clay Conversations Practitioner Certificate? Yep, she nailed it, even while juggling tough care-giving days. Our family’s always sneaking in random stuff for the studio—old calling cards, you name it. The real magic? The kids, the students, the wild moments when someone surprises us. Their joy and those sweet thank-you notes, they’re what keep us rolling.
