Old doors and windows are portals to stories and memories. I capture this timeless charm through wood burning and mixed media, turning architectural history into art for your walls.

I call this series "Doorways to Dreams." This piece was created using pyrography, or wood burning, to etch the intricate details of an ornate doorway into wood. It's a 12x12 inch piece, available for purchase.

It’s all hidden in the details. This video shows close-ups of my wood-burned art series exploring ancient and cultural doors through time. These pieces can be sold as a set or separately to elevate your space.

Here's some behind-the-scenes footage of my new collection of pyrography artworks. From sanding the wood to the final burn, it's a process I truly enjoy.

I was so happy to receive this lovely testimonial for one of my charcoal paintings of a timeless window scene. The client loved the peaceful feeling and the play of light and shadow.

In this pyrography piece, I combined wood burning with gold foiling to create a beautiful floral design. The gold adds a touch of light and elegance to the rustic feel of the burned wood.

One of the five principles I follow as an artist is fixing a mutually decided price before any sample work begins. This ensures transparency and trust from the start.

About The Doors & Windows Series

I use professional heat-station wood burning to etch these designs onto wood, and for a bit of extra warmth, I often combine that with gold leafing or textured acrylics. It is a slow, manual process that lets me get every crack in the stone and detail in the carving just right, so you get something that feels genuinely aged and historical on your wall.

A view into the hand-painted temple in Hyderabad, seen from the living area. The striking red walls, covered in traditional motifs by Jaipur artists, create a sacred space that feels both powerful and deeply personal. It took two artists nearly three months to bring this vision to life.4
Looking up inside the red temple, the ceiling becomes a canvas of its own. Every surface, from the walls to the ceiling, was meticulously hand-painted, wrapping the space in a continuous story of devotion and artistry. The detail work softens the bold color, creating a serene atmosphere.

This large 7-foot textured mural was such a joy to create. I wanted to capture the feeling of a powerful mountain landscape, sculpting the rugged cliffs and flowing waterfall with putty and clay to give it a real 3D effect. It feels like you can almost hear the water... a little piece of nature for your home.6

Seeing my art become part of a home is the best feeling. Here is a traditional Pichwai wall mural I painted for a residential project, bringing that 'Shivbharat' vibe to the living space. The cows and lotuses create such a peaceful atmosphere.
Here is a closer look at the waterfall texture. I spend a lot of time layering the putty to get the movement of the water just right. It’s this touchable detail that makes a 3D mural so special.
