Tactile, handmade art that brings depth and a story to your walls, inspired by the beauty of imperfection.

Every painting has a story. This piece is inspired by the textures of old homes, with their weathered walls and rustic charm. The layers and colors remind me of the past. What does this artwork remind you of?

My latest artworks are an extension of my Wabi-Sabi series. They are inspired by my childhood memories in our old ancestral home, with its chipped walls and peeled paint. The golden effects represent those beautiful golden memories I'll cherish for a lifetime.

This piece is a tribute to the roots of nature, embracing the beauty of imperfection. Inspired by Wabi-Sabi, it celebrates the intricate patterns of darkness, the veins of leaves, and the roots that bind us.

I call this series "Rooted in Strength." This artwork is a tribute to the mighty tree trunk, with its rugged ridges and grooves telling a story of resilience. It reminds me that we too can weather life's storms and stand tall, firm in our roots.

A close-up detail of 'The Rustic Road.' You can see how the layers of earthy hues and raised textures create the feeling of a weathered path. Every crack and brushstroke tells a story of journeys long past.

Another detail of 'The Rustic Road,' focusing on the golden line that traces its spine. This element shines like a faint hope, guiding the eye through the coarse terrain toward an unseen destination.

This vertical shot of 'The Rustic Road' highlights the depth and ruggedness of the landscape I created. The artwork becomes a silent narrative of endurance, etched into the earth with subtle elegance.

A detail from my "Rooted in Strength" series. The tree's ancient wisdom whispers to us that growth happens beneath the surface and strength is forged in adversity.

Another close-up of the tree trunk texture. Amidst the roughness, there's a quiet beauty and an inspiring strength that speaks to me.

This detail shows how I use texture to mimic the natural cracks and grooves of bark. True power lies in staying grounded, and this series is a reminder of that.

About Textured & Abstract Art

I don't just paint on canvas; I build surfaces. By mixing sand, paper, and heavy texture pastes, I create pieces that feel like they have lived a thousand lives. Whether it is the rugged grooves of a tree trunk or the weathered charm of an old wall, each piece is designed to be touched and experienced, not just looked at.
