- Wall Reconfiguration: Demolition of non-load bearing walls to alter room configurations (e.g., 3BHK to 4BHK) including lintel reinforcement and debris disposal.
- Glass Masonry Replacement: Installation of 10mm/12mm toughened clear glass partitions with slimline aluminum channels to replace standard walls.
- Flooring: Large format premium GVT tiles (min 800x1600mm) or engineered wooden flooring in bedrooms.
Joinery & Finishes
- Base Material: BWP Marine Grade Ply for wet areas and MR grade for dry areas.
- Surface Finish: Natural wood veneers with PU (Polyurethane) coating or high-gloss acrylics. No standard 1mm laminates in visible zones.
- Custom Units: Floating entertainment units and custom wardrobe structures.
Ceiling & Lighting
- False Ceiling: Gypsum ceiling with shadow channels and cove integration.
- Lighting: Recessed COB lights, LED strip coves, and automation wiring points.
