We designed this duplex residence around a central, double-height courtyard, crowned with a skylight to flood the home with natural light. The design establishes a constant visual connection between floors, creating a sense of immense volume and openness, with the indoor swing adding a touch of playful serenity.
This aerial view captures a sprawling farmhouse we designed near the backwaters of Kabini. The symmetrical architecture, expansive roofline, and integrated landscape design, including a central pool, create a harmonious and commanding presence in the countryside.
This project demonstrates our expertise in space transformation. We converted a dated 3BHK flat into a modern 4BHK duplex by removing non-structural walls and adding this striking staircase with illuminated wooden treads, which serves as a functional sculpture connecting the two levels.

The open-plan dining and kitchen area flows effortlessly, while the intricately carved wooden doors of the puja room stand as a beautiful, sacred focal point, grounding the contemporary design in cultural heritage.

We believe in dissolving the boundaries between inside and out. This living room opens directly onto a tranquil zen garden, where a Buddha statue creates a focal point for contemplation and calm, making the garden an extension of the living space.
Luxury is an experience of serenity. This indoor swimming pool, designed for a 10,000 sq. ft. Bangalore residence, uses subtle underwater and ambient lighting to create a private oasis for relaxation and wellness, perfectly juxtaposed with the home's simple, clean lines.
The great room of the Kabini farmhouse, designed for leisure and social gatherings. A high, vaulted ceiling with exposed wooden beams provides a sense of rustic grandeur, while large glass doors offer uninterrupted views of the pool and surrounding landscape.
