In my kitchen, we skip the yeast entirely and rely on simple pantry staples like curd and soda to get that perfect rise. You do not need fancy equipment or a degree in science to bake fresh, soft bread at home, and I show you exactly how to mix and proof the dough so it turns out perfect every single time.

Whether you are a total beginner who has never touched an oven or someone looking to switch to healthier, yeast-free habits, my workshops are designed for you. Baking is a skill, and like any skill, it gets easier with practice. In our session, we go through the process step-by-step.
