- Virtual Walkthrough: Digital video tour of the proposed space to verify flow and volume before work begins.
- Space Planning: 2D furniture layouts optimizing circulation and functional placement.
Technical Blueprints
- False Ceiling & Lighting: Detailed POP geometric designs, cove lighting channels, and spotlight positioning drawings.
- Electrical & Plumbing: Looping details for switchboards, power points for TV units, and kitchen/bath plumbing points.
- Joinery Details: 2D elevations for custom carpentry including TV units, wardrobes, and modular kitchen cabinetry.
- Material Selection: Digital moodboards suggesting laminates, floor tiles, and paint codes.
Deliverables
- Handover Format: All files provided digitally (PDF/JPG) for the client to hand over to their own contractor.
- Scope Limit: This is a design-only service and does not include site visits or labor management.

- Budgeting: Detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation for tracking material and labor costs.
Comprehensive Design
- Full Design Suite: Includes all 3D visualization, walkthroughs, and technical drawings found in the Design package.
- Commercial/Specialized Options: Includes ergonomic planning or acoustic treatments for office setups if required.
Fee Structure
- Scope: Covers the professional design and management fee.
- Exclusions: Raw materials and labor wages are paid directly by the client based on actuals.
