Ready to let loose and own the floor? Whether it is for a wedding sangeet or just to sweat out the stress with some Bollyfit, my sessions are all about high energy, easy steps, and absolute fun.
Dancing to the iconic beats of 'Sharara'. This Bollyhop style is one of my favorites to teach. It's full of sharp moves and high energy, making it an amazing dance workout.
A fun solo performance to the superhit song 'Ghungroo'. This routine has a mix of Bollywood and hip-hop steps, a style I call Bollyhop, which is always a favorite in my workshops.
A casual and fun dance cover of the Punjabi hit 'Lamberghini'. This is the kind of groovy, easy-to-follow choreography that I love to create for sangeet events or beginner workshops.
A solo performance to the song 'First Class'. This routine has a fun, theatrical feel with a mix of folk and Bollywood styles, showing the variety we explore in my classes.
A high-energy duet to the classic 90s item number 'UP Bihar Lootne'. It was so much fun performing this desi choreography with my sister in the studio.
My take on the viral hit 'Rowdy Baby'. This duet is packed with the powerful energy that South Indian dance numbers are famous for. It's a challenging but incredibly rewarding routine.
About High-Energy Bollywood
If you are worried about having two left feet, fikar not. My choreography focuses on simple hook steps so you can focus on the music and the energy rather than memorizing complex routines. Whether it is a sangeet performance or a regular weekend cardio session, we break everything down until you feel comfortable and confident enough to own the stage.
How We Get Moving
I believe dance is for everyone, regardless of whether you have professional training or are just starting out. In my high-energy Bollywood sessions, we move away from boring, repetitive gym workouts and into something that actually makes you want to move.
What you can expect:
- The Vibe: My classes are a judgment-free zone. We dance to the latest chartbusters, regional tracks, and those classic numbers that everyone loves.
- The Structure: Every session starts with a 10-minute warm-up, moves into 40 minutes of intense choreography (where I break down every beat for you), and ends with a 10-minute cool-down to keep you feeling good the next day.
- For Weddings & Events: If you are planning a sangeet or a family event in Bangalore, I can come to your venue or your apartment clubhouse to teach the whole group. I specialize in simple, catchy routines that even the most reluctant uncle or auntie can pick up quickly.
Where to Find Me
I operate primarily out of Electronic City, where I run studio sessions and workshops. If you are outside that area, we can always hop onto a live Zoom call, or I can travel to your location for private group choreography.
