My kitchen is rarely quiet. Whether it is a Flourless French Chocolate Cake for a quiet night in or a batch of Matcha & Chocolate Dream cakes for a celebration, I focus on intensity of flavour. People often ask why our cheesecakes have a different texture—it is because we flip the script. We build them upside-down so the buttery crust hits your palate first, followed by the velvety filling and the fruit compote center. It is a messy process, but it works.
Everything you see here is made to order in Khar West. I do not believe in shelf-stable, mass-produced sweets. If you are ordering for a party in Mumbai, please keep in mind that I need a bit of lead time to prep. This ensures you get that fresh-from-the-oven quality every single time.
