Decor & Styling
- Props & Risers: Use of luxury serveware including marble platters, rustic wooden boards, and tiered brass stands.
- Floral Integration: Heavy use of fresh flowers (tuberoses, lotus, hydrangeas) and foliage interwoven with the food display.
- Ambiance: Includes candles, mood lighting, and printed menu cards on easels.
Logistics
- On Site Setup: Professional styling team attends 2 to 3 hours pre event to assemble the table.
- Tear Down: Post event clearance of all props and risers.
- Service: This is a self service station and does not include waiters.

There’s a lot of hustle behind the scenes - way too many early mornings and last-minute adjustments - but I put all that energy into making sure the food isn’t just tasty, but memorable.

My Story
Apero came from a late-night cheese epiphany during COVID, after I’d flopped at Photoshop and social media. Next day, truffle oil in hand, I whipped up our first truffle edamame mousse. Real talk? It’s messy. I’m juggling chef life, mom life, and toddler drama before sunrise. My mother-in-law taught me cooking’s about love, not just recipes. So, every box is a slice of our family’s warmth, not just fancy snacks.
