About Artisanal Cheese & Dips

Take your cheese domes out of the fridge at least 20 minutes before serving. That short wait brings them to the perfect spreadable temperature, ensuring your guests taste the deep truffle or burnt garlic notes instead of struggling with cold, hard cheese.

I created these recipes in my kitchen when I needed something flavorful to get through the day. My signature range includes the Truffle & Shiitake Mushroom dome, which is packed with umami, and the Cheddar, Chilli & Burnt Garlic, which brings a nice heat to the table.

Whether you are building a grazing platter for a house party in Bandra or just want a treat for a quiet Friday night in Khar West, these domes are the answer. I recommend pairing the Truffle Cacio e Pepe dome with plain crackers so the flavor shines through.
